The classroom is not spacious, with 40–45 students per class.
The school provides TVs and air conditioners in the classrooms.
There is no auditorium at the school.
Teachers can take breaks in the staff room during intervals. However, there is no designated room for teachers to rest at noon.

Proficiency Level: Above Average - Excellent.
Attitude - Level of Interest: Students are not very interested in this subject. Many students study other subjects or use their phones during class. Teachers must have experience and know how to design activities that engage students effectively.
Materials: Students have complete learning materials.
Class Location: Students study in their assigned classrooms. If they have classes in alternate shifts, they will study in different rooms. In case of room changes, teachers should contact the CS for clarification.

* Clarification:
a. Books
Both advanced and elective classes learn the same book, but they are slightly different.
Advanced classes: (They are marked "Advanced" in teacher's schedule)
The book is shared by Vietnamese teachers and Vinalearn teachers: Vinalearn teachers should have students practice vocabulary, listening, and speaking. If assigned to teach grammar lessons, Vinalearn teachers are supposed to teach structures and help students apply to practice to support their speaking skills, not merely do grammar exercises.

b. General notes
If the assigned lessons are short, the teacher can add more activities related to vocabulary, speaking, and listening based on the topic of these lessons.
Though both advanced and elective classes in grade 10 learn the same book, teachers should customize the activities to adapt to the real level of each class. Some exercises can be assigned as homework if time does not allow.

As the requirement from the school, students will have one more test (progress test) besides the midterm and final test. Therefore, when teaching, please ask students to
Speaking scores: answer questions so that you can score them (for the speaking test)
Listening scores: give the answers for listening exercises. If students can give the correct answers, you can score them (for the listening test).
