Draw a snake on the board and divide it into sections. In each section write a number, this is how many points landing there gets you.
Draw a big circle and a few little ones inside it, this is how many spaces you can move.
Give each team a colour and magnet, place their magnet at the start of the snake.

Ask a student from the first team a question, if they get it right, they can come throw at the circle.Â
If they hit number 2, move their magnet along the snake 2 spaces and give points accordingly to what they land on.Â
Once a team gets to the head of the snake, start everyone back at the beginning.Â

Introduce a rule where hitting the circle allows the student to choose a special action, like adding extra points or moving an additional space.
Add a penalty where missing the circle means moving back a space on the snake, increasing the stakes.
Incorporate a bonus round where reaching the head of the snake grants the team an opportunity to answer a bonus question for extra points.
