TEACHER REGULATIONS
Dress Code and Professional Conduct:
Male teachers must wear a dress shirt, trousers, and a tie.
Female teachers must wear appropriate professional attire.
Teachers are required to wear a name badge while teaching at the school.
Professional Requirements:
Teachers must be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high-quality instruction.
Lesson preparation and teaching must align with the distributed syllabus.
Teachers must avoid covering content designated for Vietnamese teachers.
Teachers are required to conduct activities that focus on practicing Speaking and Listening skills.
The school requires teachers to integrate information technology into their lessons. Teachers must use laptops and projectors for presentations and create engaging activities/games within the lecture files to make lessons more dynamic and appealing, enhancing students’ interest in the subject.
Teachers must have experience in classroom management and refrain from scolding students. Teachers should use professional language and avoid any words or behavior that could be perceived as offensive or demeaning to students.
TEACHING ASSISTANT REGULATIONS
Dress Code:
Maintain a formal appearance, wearing a dress shirt and trousers. T-shirts are not allowed. Shoes must be worn.
Professional Conduct:
Hair must not be dyed in bright or striking colors; maintain a neat appearance.
Attitude and Communication:
Use professional and pedagogical language, avoiding words or statements that are offensive or demeaning to students.
Maintain an appropriate professional distance when communicating and interacting with students.
Demonstrate seriousness during lessons, avoiding jokes or casual teasing.
Teaching assistants must not neglect their duties or use mobile phones during lessons. If any violations are observed, the school will document and report the incident to the center, and the assistant will no longer be allowed to work at the school.
Punctuality:
Arrive at the classroom 5–10 minutes early to assist with maintaining order at the start of class.
Professional Expertise:
Teaching assistants should have a background in English or Education.
Prior experience as a teaching assistant is required.
Prepare for lessons in advance to assist the teacher and students effectively.
Classroom Management:
Work seriously and assist the teacher in maintaining class discipline, recording students who disrupt the class or fail to focus, and reporting to the CS.
Coordinate with the teacher to manage the class, paying attention to special cases and reporting them to the school.
Apply appropriate disciplinary measures, ensuring they are not overly harsh.
Reporting:
Report any unusual incidents in class related to teachers or students (e.g., teacher absence, tardiness, or disruptive students) immediately to the Coordinator for resolution.
Assist with filling out the class record book in accordance with school regulations.
If taking leave, ensure that all necessary class information, school requirements, and instructions for completing the record book are handed over to the substitute TA to avoid repeated issues being raised by the school.
Other Requirements:
When parking, turn off the engine and push the vehicle through the security gate before driving to the parking lot. Driving directly through the gate to the lot is not permitted.
Maintain classroom discipline, being strict with students while avoiding excessive familiarity.
Do not sit alone with students during recess.

Teachers are required to be present in the classroom 2–3 minutes before the lesson starts.
Park your vehicle as instructed by the security personnel.
Transition time: Teachers must manage their time efficiently to move to the next class promptly and begin the lesson on time.
Teachers must complete the class logbook in accordance with regulations:
Fill in all content columns (leave no columns blank).
Record the maximum score column (refer to the grading methods of other subjects and assign maximum points, as each school has its own grading scale).
Use blue ink only (strictly no black ink, black gel pens, or red pens).
Do not erase or cross out any entries in the logbook.

*The teachers are expected to follow these guidelines:
When conducting the Listening section, the teacher should pause the audio while students are doing the listening exercises to facilitate explanations and corrections, helping students improve their listening comprehension and focus better during the listening process.
When doing vocabulary-related exercises, the teacher should limit corrections by providing answers without explanations.
