Professional Requirements:

Assign experienced teaching assistants (TAs) (The school requires TAs with teaching experience and an IELTS score above 6.5) to co-teach alongside native teachers.

Compliance with the following regulations:

• Attire: Wear professional attire and proper shoes.

• Appearance: Avoid bright hair colors and maintain a neat and professional look.

• Communication: Use professional language; avoid informal terms like “mày tao,” “mấy người,” or “bà” when addressing students. Address students as “em” and maintain a formal distance, avoiding overly familiar behavior or joking with students.

• Punctuality: Arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes early to help manage students and assist the native teacher.

• Professionalism: Teaching assistants should major in English and review lessons beforehand to effectively support teachers and students.

• Class Management: Assist in managing the class and document any disruptive behavior from students.

• Reporting: Promptly report any unusual issues in the classroom, such as teacher absence, tardiness, or disruptive students, to the CS for support and resolution.

• Record-Keeping: Ensure the accurate and proper completion of the lesson logbook according to school guidelines.

• Substitution: If a TA is unavailable, provide the substitute TA with complete information about the class, including school requirements and expectations, to avoid repeated reminders from the school due to a lack of preparation.
