TEACHER REGULATIONS
Attire and Conduct:
Male teachers must wear dress shirts, trousers, and ties.
Female teachers must adhere to formal office dress codes.
Teachers are required to wear name tags while teaching at the school.
Professional Requirements:
Teachers must be energetic, experienced, and capable of ensuring high-quality teaching.
Lesson plans should be prepared, and lessons must follow the designated syllabus.
Teachers must avoid teaching content assigned to Vietnamese teachers.
Teachers should incorporate various activities to enhance students’ Speaking and Listening skills.
The school requires teachers to integrate technology into their lessons. Teachers must use laptops and projectors to deliver presentations, create engaging activities/games within their lesson files, and make lessons more dynamic and appealing to foster student interest.
Teachers must have classroom management skills, refraining from scolding or shouting at students. They must maintain professional language and avoid making any offensive or derogatory remarks.
TEACHING ASSISTANT REGULATIONS
Attire:
Maintain a professional appearance: wear dress shirts, trousers, and shoes.
Do not wear T-shirts.
Conduct:
Avoid noticeable hair dye; maintain a neat and tidy appearance.
Attitude and Communication:
Use professional and appropriate language; avoid any language that may offend or demean students.
Maintain appropriate boundaries with students in all interactions and activities.
Maintain a serious attitude during lessons; avoid jokes or playful remarks with students.
Do not be inattentive or use mobile phones during lessons. If this occurs, the school will document the incident and report it to the center, and the TA may not be allowed to continue working at the school.
Time Management:
Arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes early to assist with organizing and managing the class before the lesson begins.
Professional Requirements:
Teaching assistants must study English or Pedagogy.
Prior experience is required.
Prepare materials before coming to class to support both the teacher and students effectively.
Classroom Management:
Work diligently to support the teacher in managing the classroom. Document students who are disruptive or inattentive and report these cases to the CS.
Collaborate with the teacher to manage the class and monitor special cases for reporting to the school.
Ensure any disciplinary measures are appropriate and not overly harsh.
Reporting:
Report any unusual occurrences in the classroom (e.g., teacher absences, lateness, or uncontrollable disruptions) immediately to the CS for resolution.
Support the teacher by completing the classroom logbook in accordance with the school’s regulations.
If taking leave, ensure all necessary information about the class and school requirements is handed over to the TA Supervisor and substitute TA to avoid any disruptions or repeated issues noted by the school.
Other Requirements:
When parking, turn off the engine and push the vehicle through the gate, then proceed to the parking area (do not drive directly through the gate to the parking lot).
Be strict in managing the class while maintaining professionalism and not becoming overly familiar with students.
Avoid sitting alone with students during break times without explicit permission.

Teachers must arrive in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Park vehicles according to the security guard’s instructions.
For class transitions, teachers should manage their time effectively to move quickly to the next class and start on time.
Teachers must complete the class logbook in accordance with regulations:
Fill in all content columns (leave no column blank).
Record the maximum possible score (refer to the grading methods of other subjects and assign maximum scores, as grading scales vary by school).
Use blue ink only (strictly no black ink, black gel pens, or red pens).
No erasing or crossing out in the logbook.
