The classroom is adequately sized.

All classrooms are equipped with TVs, and for MS classes, there are interactive TVs and air conditioning.

The school has a Teachers' Room, but there is no dedicated room for teachers to rest during lunch. Teachers can take their lunch break in the Teachers' Room.

STUDENTS' INFORMATION

For regular classes, students' level: from average to above average.
For elective classes, students' level: from good to excellent.
Students have all the necessary school supplies (books, pens, etc., except in cases where they forget them at home or lose them).
During lessons, students are focused and willing to interact with the teacher, especially with engaging teachers.
Students study in their own classrooms.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

TEACHER

Foreign teachers must be consistent, with teaching experience, clear and accurate pronunciation, capable of managing the class, complete legal documentation, and punctual.
Foreign teachers should be cheerful, friendly, and communicate well with the school staff. Teachers should arrive 5-10 minutes early.
Ensure full coverage of the syllabus content. Use a variety of activities, avoiding repetitive routines.
Currently, all classrooms are equipped with TVs. The school follows the Cambridge program, so teachers are encouraged to bring laptops to class.
It is MANDATORY not to split the class; one class, one teacher. ABSOLUTELY do not assign two teachers to one class.
The school is strict and attentive to grades; the main teacher is responsible for creating tests, and tests conducted by substitutes or new teachers are not accepted.

TEACHING ASSISTANT

The teaching assistants must be consistent, with minimal changes.

The teaching assistant needs to adhere to the following regulations:

Attire: Wear professional office attire and shoes.
Appearance: Avoid bright hair colors; maintain a neat appearance.
Communication: Use appropriate language, avoid using informal or disrespectful terms like 'mày tao,' 'mấy người,' 'bà' with students. Maintain proper boundaries with students and avoid being overly familiar or joking with them.
Punctuality: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to the classroom to help manage students and support the native English teacher.
Professionalism: The teaching assistant should specialize in English, review the lesson before coming to class to effectively support the teacher and students.
Classroom Management: Assist in managing the class and take note of disruptive students.
Reporting: If any unusual issues arise in the classroom related to the teacher or students, such as the teacher being absent, arriving late, or students being disruptive, report promptly to the coordinator for support in handling the situation.
Substitution: If taking leave and needing a substitute, provide the substitute with complete information about the class's characteristics and the school's requirements to ensure proper adherence to the rules, avoiding repeated reminders from the school due to the substitute's lack of information.
