TEACHING ASSISTANT REGULATIONS
Dress Code: Wear business attire and formal shoes.
Appearance: No bright hair colors; maintain a neat appearance.
Attitude and Communication:
✔️ Use professional language and maintain appropriate boundaries.
✔️ Keep a serious attitude during teaching time, avoiding jokes or teasing.
Punctuality: Arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes early.
Professional Skills:
✔️ The assistant should have experience.
✔️ Prepare lesson materials in advance to assist both the teacher and students.
Classroom Management:
✔️ The assistant must have experience managing the classroom (especially if there are disruptive students or students who are disengaged).
✔️ Maintain a serious attitude and assist the teacher in managing the classroom, documenting students causing disruption or lacking focus and report to CS.
✔️ Coordinate with the teacher for classroom management, noting any special cases to report to the school.
✔️ Implement appropriate disciplinary measures without excessive strictness.
Reporting:
✔️ If any unusual issues arise in class regarding teachers or students, such as teacher absence, tardiness, or uncontrollable disruption, the assistant must immediately report to CS for support.
✔️ Assist in completing the lesson register per school regulations.
✔️ If the assistant is on leave, they must fully hand over class details and school requirements to the TA Supervisor and any substitute TA to ensure compliance and prevent issues due to lack of information during their absence.

Midterm Exam - Listening (15 minutes).
Final Exam - Listening (15 minutes) + Speaking (2 periods).
Prepare two different versions of the Listening test. Note: The difficulty level of both versions must be equal.
Teachers must complete the test within the given deadline.
Teaching Assistants support by noting absent students and managing the class while the teacher conducts the Speaking Test.
CS oversees the testing progress, arranges make-up tests for absent students, collects completed tests for grading, and enters grades on time.
The foreign teacher supports the school with speaking (or possibly listening) tests at the end of each semester.
No teacher changes are allowed during the testing period.
TC and AC will observe the class, and an observation report (form) must be completed for submission to the school.
Submit score reports at the end of each semester.
Stage size: Approximately 2,000 students, typically held both in the morning and afternoon.
Requirements for the Foreign Teacher: Review the script in advance, follow the script content, and coordinate well with the TA, Marketing team, and other departments. The teacher should not make any changes to the script independently. The foreign teacher is expected to be energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, friendly in appearance, and experienced in event work.
Teachers and TAs need to be in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson starts.
Drive directly to the parking lot.
For class transitions: Teachers should plan their movement to the next class promptly to ensure they arrive on time for the lesson.
At the end of each lesson, the TA and teacher should remind students to maintain cleanliness and not to litter.
At the end of the teaching day (final lesson of the session), the TA/teacher should remind students to clean up. The TA/teacher should wipe the board and check that lights, fans, and any electrical devices in the classroom are turned off before leaving.
Regarding the personal items of Vietnamese teachers (such as homeroom teachers): the TA and teacher should not use items (e.g., speakers, rulers, pens, books) without permission from the Vietnamese teachers. Chalk and board erasers can be used, but they should be returned neatly to their original place afterward.
If a teacher or TA smokes, they must find a location away from the school premises to ensure students do not see them.
