Final Exam - 4 Skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing
Speaking: The native teacher will conduct the Speaking test first. The Speaking test materials must be sent to Ms. Thúy for approval before the teacher reviews them with students and conducts the test.
Listening, Reading, and Writing: These skills will be assessed in a centralized exam.
Ms. Thúy will hold a meeting with the CO and AC to finalize the content of the Listening, Reading, and Writing tests. The CO/AC will record the meeting minutes and sign off with Ms. Thúy.
The AC is responsible for preparing the test materials and submitting them to Ms. Thúy for approval 1-2 weeks prior to the exam. This allows sufficient time for the CS to print the materials, given the large volume required for the three skills.
The test papers sent to the school must be securely sealed.
The school requires the arrangement of 4 staff to support the centralized Listening test.
Vinalearn staff will manage the audio playback in the test rooms.
Reporting and Submission of Teacher Documentation
Submit a complete report and teacher documentation.

The school organizes the English Club on Saturday mornings twice a month.
Prepare and send the invitation to Ms. Thúy on Monday morning of the scheduled week.
CS prints and sends the invitation to students early so they are informed and can participate.
Activities and content should relate to the topic.
Students can learn new knowledge, vocabulary, and sentence structures related to the topic.
Content should be implemented logically and appropriately.
The foreign teacher should review the program and lead it flexibly.
The content should be presented professionally and neatly through PPTX and images.
