The classroom is not very spacious, and there are many students per class (with 55-57 students per class).
All classrooms are equipped with projectors, speakers, microphones, internet cables, and air conditioning.
The assembly hall (Staff Room) is on the ground floor, about the size of two classrooms.
Teachers can take breaks in the Staff Room during recess.
Level: Fairly Good - Excellent.
Attitude & Engagement: Students in some classes can be quite disruptive and show little interest in English (grades 8 and 9). Teachers and TAs must have experience in classroom management.
Students have complete course materials. For regular classes, review handouts are needed at the end of each unit. AC and CS should coordinate closely to ensure all review handouts are prepared and available for students by the review lesson.
Students study in their designated classrooms. The seating chart is posted outside the Supervisor Office.

Thông tin
Midterm Exam - Listening (15 minutes)
Final Exam - Listening (15 minutes) + Speaking (2 periods)
Prepare two different versions of the Listening test. Note: The difficulty level of both versions should be equal.
Teachers must complete the tests within the specified time frame.
The Teaching Assistant (TA) will assist by noting absences and managing the classroom during the Speaking test conducted by the teacher.
The Classroom Supervisor (CS) will monitor test progress closely, arrange for make-up exams, collect completed exams for grading, and ensure grades are entered on time.
Starting from the 2024-2025 academic year, the school requires submission of lesson plans on a monthly basis.
The lesson plans must be approved by the Academic Coordinator (AC) department and the school.
The school generally does not require events to be organized.
Updates will be provided if the school makes any requests.
Updated in the Teachers and TAs
Teachers use laptops for teaching at school.
The teaching assistant takes attendance and notes any absences. For classes with a high number of absences, report these cases to CO/CS to inform the school.
Teachers must complete the class record book accurately. Avoid giving overly low grades, as it impacts the class’s competition ranking and the homeroom teacher’s evaluation.
Guidelines for recording in the class record book:
✔️ Fill in all columns completely (no blank columns).
✔️ Mark the grading column with the highest score (refer to other subjects for grading standards and mark with the maximum score, as each school has its grading scale).
✔️ Write in blue ink only (strictly no black ink, gel pens, or red ink).
✔️ Do not make any erasures in the record book.
