All teachers and teaching assistants must enter through the main gate on TMT7A street (as shown in the image below).
The classrooms are of moderate size. Since classes are held during opposite shifts, all classrooms will be borrowed.
The room allocation list will be posted on the Notice Board next to the Supervisor’s office.
All classrooms are equipped with TVs.
The school has a Teacher's Room, where teachers can take breaks and have lunch during recess.
The parking lot is located on the right, and you can drive into it from the main gate (however, please be mindful and drive slowly as there may be PE classes in the parking area).

Students' English proficiency is average to weak, but if the teacher knows how to teach and inspire them, they are still willing to learn.
Students are often disruptive, tend to do personal tasks, and show attitude.
Students have books (but often forget or lose them).
Students attend class during the opposite shift.

- Student level: low, so TA needs to translate a lot for students to understand and manage the class well.

GVNN supports the school in conducting speaking tests (or possibly listening) at the end of each semester
Do not change teachers during the test period
TC and AC attend teacher classes and need to have a form for teacher class observation to send back to the school

Requirements for foreign teachers: Read the script in advance, follow the script content, have good coordination with TA, Marketing team and departments, foreign teachers does not arbitrarily change the script according to their own ideas.
Need foreign teachers to be dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, good-looking. Have experience in hosting events.

Teachers and TAs need to be in the classroom 2-3 minutes before class time

Classes transition time: Teachers need to arrange time to move to the next class quickly, on time for the next classes.
Note: all classrooms have cameras, there are supervisors (in the supervisor's room).

At the end of each lesson, TAs and teachers need to remind students to keep the classroom clean and not litter.
At the end of the lesson (last lesson of each session): TAs/teachers remind students to clean up. TAs/teachers wipe the board, check to turn off the lights, fans, and electrical equipment in the classroom before leaving.
Regarding personal facility of Vietnamese teachers (homeroom teachers of each class): TAs and teachers are not allowed to use them on their own (for example: speakers, rulers, pens, books, etc.), they can only be used after asking the Vietnamese teachers. Chalk and blackboard erasers can be used, but after use, they must be put back in their original and neat place.
If teachers/TAs smoke, they must find a place far from the school to smoke so that students do not see them.

Syllabus:
2 Grades: Grade 7 and 8.
Materials:
The teachers need to use Supplementary materials (handouts) provided by Vinalearn to help the students enhance Pronunciation, Speaking skill, and Interaction skill. These handouts are created based on the topics that are taught in their main curricula.
Handouts will be printed out for the students. However, for the first week, the expat teachers need to show the handout on the screen.
Test:
Midterm tests: Speaking skill.
Final tests: Listening and Speaking skill.
