TEACHER REGULATIONS

Teachers must be present in the classroom 2–3 minutes before the lesson begins (at the start of the session and after recess).

Lessons must be prepared and taught thoroughly, covering the full content of the assigned curriculum. Teachers must not drag out lessons or teach unrelated content or overlap the Vietnamese teacher’s syllabus.
When correcting exercises, the teacher must engage the whole class rather than focusing on individual students.
Teachers must implement activities that enhance speaking skills.
Teachers must have classroom management experience, avoiding yelling, scolding, or expelling students from the classroom. Teachers should use appropriate, professional language and avoid any remarks that may offend or demean students.
Teachers should provide clear instructions for transitioning between activities or note page numbers and exercises on the board for students to follow.
TEACHING ASSISTANT REGULATIONS
Dress Code:
Formal attire, such as a shirt and trousers, must be worn.
No T-shirts are allowed. Assistants must wear proper shoes.
Appearance and Conduct:
Hair must not be dyed in bright or unconventional colors.
Attire should be neat and professional.
Attitude and Communication:
Use professional and appropriate language. Avoid any words or remarks that may insult or demean students.
Maintain a suitable distance when interacting and communicating with students.
Maintain a serious attitude during lessons, avoiding jokes or playful remarks.
Teaching assistants must not use mobile phones during lessons.
Punctuality:
Arrive at the classroom 5–10 minutes early to help maintain order before lessons begin.
Professional Requirements:
Teaching assistants must have experience.
Prepare materials before coming to class to support the teacher and students effectively.
Classroom Management:
Work diligently and assist the teacher in maintaining classroom discipline. Report disruptive or inattentive students to the CS.
Collaborate with the teacher to manage the class and monitor exceptional cases to report back to the school.
Apply appropriate disciplinary measures without being overly strict with students.
Reporting:
If any unusual issues arise in the classroom related to teachers or students, such as teacher absence, tardiness, or uncontrollable disruptions, the teaching assistant must report these promptly to the CS for support and resolution.
Ensure proper completion of class records as per school regulations.
If the teaching assistant needs to take leave, they must hand over complete information about the class and school requirements to the TA Supervisor and substitute TA to avoid any mistakes during their absence.

End-of-Term Exam - 4 Skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing
The foreign teacher will conduct the Speaking test first. The Speaking test script must be submitted to Ms. Hong for approval before the teacher reviews it with the students and conducts the test.
The Listening, Reading, and Writing skills will be tested altogether. The exam papers must be prepared in advance and submitted to Ms. Hong for approval.
The Coordinator (CS) will print the exam papers and send them to the school one week before the test.
All exam papers sent to the school must be sealed.
Submit complete teacher reports and profiles.

The school organizes an English Club on Saturday mornings twice a month.

Fill in all required columns (no blank columns allowed).

Write using blue ink only (absolutely no black pens, black ink, red pens, etc.).
