REGULATIONS FOR TEACHERS

Attire - Conduct: Teachers must adhere to the following dress and conduct standards: 

✔️ Male teachers must wear a dress shirt, trousers, and a tie.
✔️ Female teachers must dress according to professional office standards.
✔️ Teachers must wear a name tag while teaching at the school.

Punctuality: The school has a department that monitors teachers' punctuality, so teachers must strictly adhere to the school's schedule. Teachers must be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson begins (at the start of the period and after recess).

Professionalism:
✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and ensure the quality of their teaching.
✔️ Prepare lessons thoroughly and teach according to the program distribution.
✔️ Do not teach content that is in charge by the Vietnamese teachers.
✔️ Teachers should incorporate many speaking practice activities into their lessons.
✔️ The school requires teachers to apply information technology in their lessons. Teachers must use laptops and projectors to present lessons, create interactive activities/games within the lesson files to make the lessons more engaging and exciting for students.
✔️ Teachers must have experience managing classrooms and should not scold or insult students. Teachers must use appropriate educational language, avoiding any words that could be considered offensive or derogatory toward students.

Teacher Arrangement Requirements:
✔️ Priority is given to native teachers who are stable and consistent, with minimal changes.
✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.

REGULATIONS FOR TEACHING ASSISTANTS

Attire: Formal attire, dress shirt, trousers, no t-shirts, and proper shoes.

Appearance: Avoid bright hair colors; maintain a neat appearance.

Attitude - Communication: 

✔️ Use educational language; avoid any words that could be considered offensive or derogatory toward students. 

✔️ Maintain appropriate boundaries with students during communication and interactions. 

✔️ Keep a serious attitude during lessons, avoiding jokes and teasing. 

✔️ TAs are not allowed to be inattentive or use mobile phones during lessons. If any such incident occurs, the school will take a photo as evidence and report it to the center, and the TA will not be allowed to continue working at the school.

Punctuality: Arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes early to help maintain order at the start of the lesson.

Professionalism: 

✔️ The teaching assistant should have a background in English or Education. 

✔️ The teaching assistant should be experienced. 

✔️ Prepare the lesson beforehand to support the teacher and students.

Classroom Management: 

✔️ The TA should work diligently and support the teacher in managing the class, taking note of any disruptive students and reporting them to the coordinator. 

✔️ Coordinate with the teacher in managing the class, paying attention to special cases and reporting them to the school. 

✔️ Apply appropriate disciplinary measures, but do not be overly strict with students.

Reporting: 

✔️ If any unusual issues arise in the classroom related to the teacher or students, such as the teacher being absent, arriving late, or students being disruptive, the TA must report it immediately to the coordinator for assistance. 

✔️ Assist in recording in the class logbook according to the school’s regulations. 

✔️ If the TA takes leave, they must ensure that all information about the class and the school's requirements is fully communicated to the TA Supervisor and the substitute TA, so that the substitute TA can follow the school’s rules and avoid any mistakes during their work.
