The classrooms are not equipped with projectors but may have speakers, microphones depending on the class, and cameras inside.
The hall (Teacher’s Room) is located on the ground floor, with an area equivalent to two classrooms.
Teachers can take a break in the Teacher’s Room during recess.
The school has a parking garage. Teachers can park their vehicles either in the parking garage (Gate 2) or in the parking lot near the Security Room (Gate 1).
The students' level: medium to fairly good.
Discipline: quite disruptive and very difficult to manage.
Students are usually equipped with sufficient learning tools.
Their level of interest in the subject is moderate, with the class often showing little enthusiasm, poor attitudes, and a lack of cooperation, requiring frequent reminders.

REGULATIONS FOR TEACHERS
Dress Code and Conduct:
✔️ Male teachers must wear dress shirts and trousers.
✔️ Female teachers must dress in proper business attire.
✔️ Teachers are required to wear name tags while teaching at the school.
Punctuality:
The school has a monitoring system to check teachers’ arrival times; therefore, teachers must strictly adhere to the schedule. Teachers must be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson starts (both at the beginning of the session and after breaks).
Professional Requirements:
✔️ Teachers must be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high teaching quality.
✔️ Lesson plans must be well-prepared, and teachers must follow the assigned curriculum.
✔️ Teachers should not teach content overlapping the Vietnamese teacher’s curriculum.
✔️ Teachers need to incorporate plenty of speaking skill practice activities.
✔️ Teachers must have experience in classroom management, avoid scolding students, and use professional language. Offensive or disrespectful comments toward students are strictly prohibited.
Principal’s Requirements:
✔️ Select teachers carefully to ensure quality. Teachers must have professional teaching skills, engaging methods, and deliver effective lessons.
✔️ Teachers must strictly follow the assigned syllabus as designated by the school and must not teach unrelated content. Last year, some teachers taught content unrelated to the assigned syllabus. Teachers should focus on practicing listening and speaking skills according to the textbook and organizing engaging classroom activities.
✔️ Both teachers and teaching assistants must be strict and capable of managing the class, ensuring students maintain discipline and order during lessons.
✔️ Teachers and TAs must consistently remind students to pay attention, avoid resting their heads on desks, doing unrelated tasks, talking, or playing during class time.
REGULATIONS FOR TEACHING ASSISTANTS
Dress Code:
✔️ Must dress neatly and professionally in a dress shirt and trousers, must wear proper shoes.
✔️ T-shirts are not allowed
Appearance and Conduct:
✔️ Hair must be neat. Bright or unnatural hair colors are not allowed.
✔️ Maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Attitude and Communication:
✔️ Use appropriate, professional language; avoid any offensive or disrespectful remarks toward students.
✔️ Maintain an appropriate level of personal space during interactions with students.
✔️ Stay serious and focused during lessons; avoid joking or making playful comments that might distract students.
✔️ TAs must not use their phones or be inattentive during teaching hours. Any violations may result in a formal complaint to the company, and the school may refuse to allow the TA to continue working there.
Time Management:
✔️ Arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts to help maintain order and prepare for the session.
Professional Responsibilities:
✔️ TAs should have a background in English or Education.
✔️ Experienced TAs are preferred.
✔️ Prepare for lessons in advance to effectively assist teachers and students.
Classroom Management:
✔️ Work seriously to support teachers in maintaining discipline. Keep track of disruptive or inattentive students and report them to the CS team.
✔️ Coordinate with the teacher to manage the class, paying special attention to specific cases that require further reporting to the school.
✔️ Apply appropriate disciplinary measures but avoid being overly strict with students.
Reporting:
✔️ Report any unusual issues related to teachers or students (e.g., absent or late teachers, uncontrollable disruptions in class) immediately to the CS team for assistance.
✔️ Help record class activities and attendance in the teacher’s notebook according to school regulations.
✔️ If taking leave, ensure that all class information, school requirements, and guidance for recording class activities are handed over to the TA Supervisor and substitute TA. This ensures the substitute TA adheres to school regulations and avoids errors during their work.

Teachers must complete the tests within the assigned deadline.
Teaching Assistants (TAs) will assist by noting down the list of absent students and managing the class during the Speaking Test.
Customer Service (CS) staff will monitor the testing progress, arrange make-up tests for absent students, collect the tests for grading, and input scores on time.
Submit teachers documentation.
The school may require events once or twice a year.
The activities of each event should vary from year to year and from event to event.

REQUIREMENTS FOR FILLING IN THE CLASS LOG BOOK
The school closely monitors the completion and signing of the class log book (SO DAU BAI). Therefore, teachers and teaching assistants must ensure accurate and complete entries. Each lesson must be recorded and signed by the teacher immediately after its completion.
Here are some specific guidelines for filling in the class record book:
Column 3: Students will write the subject name in this column using a pencil. Teachers and TAs must verify that the students have written correctly and overwrite it in blue ballpoint pen (liquid ink pens are not allowed).
Column 4: Lesson Sequence - Teachers must record the correct lesson sequence based on the school’s teaching schedule (PPCT).
Example: Week 4, Advanced Class - Lessons 7 and 8; Regular Class - Lesson 4.
Column 5: Absent Students - Record the names of absent students.
Column 6: Lesson Title and Content - Clearly write the lesson title and content.
Column 7: Remarks - Provide relevant comments or feedback.
Column 8: Scores:
• Academic Performance: 10 points.
• Discipline: 10 points.
• Cleanliness: 10 points.
Column 9: Total Score - Calculate the average of the three scores in Column 8.
Column 10: Teacher’s Signature - Only the teacher teaching the lesson is allowed to sign; TAs are not permitted to sign.
NOTE:
Any mistakes must not be erased using correction fluid or crossed out. If an error occurs during the process of completing the class log book, the TA must report it to the CO/CS for guidance and must not make adjustments on their own.
