Dress Code - Professional Conduct: Teachers must adhere to proper dress code standards:

✔️ Male teachers wear a dress shirt, trousers, and a tie.

✔️ Female teachers must wear professional business attire.

✔️ Teachers must wear their name tags while teaching at school.

Timekeeping: 

The school maintains strict attendance monitoring; therefore, teachers are required to adhere to scheduled timings. Teachers must be outside the classroom 5 minutes before the start of the lesson (both at the beginning and after recess), rather than waiting for the bell to ring before heading to class.

Professional Requirements:

✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and deliver high-quality instruction.

✔️ Prepare lessons in advance and teach according to the allocated curriculum.

✔️ Avoid overlapping with content taught by Vietnamese teachers (GVVN).

✔️ Teachers should incorporate numerous speaking practice activities.

✔️ The school encourages the use of technology in lessons to make classes engaging and enjoyable, enhancing students’ interest in the subject.

✔️ Teachers must have classroom management experience and refrain from using offensive or derogatory language toward students.

Teacher Selection Requirements:

✔️ Preference for native English-speaking teachers (excluding teachers of color), with consistent assignments and minimal changes.

✔️ Preference for teachers with strong teaching skills, who can engage students, are friendly, manage classes effectively, and prioritize students’ listening and speaking skills.

✔️ Preference for teachers proficient in using PowerPoint to support lessons.

✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.

The school’s TAs are very attentive to teaching quality, paying close attention to the lesson content and teaching methods used by the foreign teachers.
