Classroom capacity: 40–45 students, but the room is quite cramped.

TEACHER REGULATIONS
Dress Code and Conduct:
Male teachers must wear a shirt and trousers.
Female teachers must dress in proper business attire.
Teachers must wear a name tag while teaching at the school.
Timing:
Teachers must be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson begins (both at the start of the day and after recess).
Professionalism:
Teachers must be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high-quality teaching.
Teachers should prepare lessons in advance and teach according to the assigned syllabus without stalling or going off-topic (e.g., content meant for Vietnamese teachers). When correcting exercises, teachers should address the entire class, not just individuals.
Teachers should incorporate a variety of speaking practice activities.
Teachers must have classroom management skills since students can be very disruptive. They must not yell at, insult, or remove students from the class. Teachers should use professional language and avoid offensive or demeaning remarks.
Teachers should provide clear instructions when transitioning between activities and write book pages or exercises on the board for students to follow.
TEACHING ASSISTANT REGULATIONS
Dress Code:
Professional attire, including a shirt and trousers.
T-shirts are not allowed.
Shoes must be worn.
Appearance:
Hair should be tidy and natural; no bright-colored dye.
Attitude and Communication:
Use professional and respectful language, avoiding any offensive or demeaning remarks toward students.
Maintain appropriate boundaries during communication and interactions with students.
Maintain a serious and professional attitude during lessons; avoid joking or making playful comments.
TAs must remain attentive and refrain from using mobile phones during class.
Timing:
Arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes early to help settle the class before the lesson starts.
Expertise:
TAs should have a background in English or Education.
Experienced TAs are preferred.
Prepare lessons in advance to effectively support teachers and students.
Classroom Management:
Work seriously and assist teachers in managing the class, noting disruptive students or those lacking focus, and reporting to the CS team.
Collaborate with teachers to maintain class order and pay attention to exceptional cases to report to the school.
Apply appropriate disciplinary measures without being overly strict on students.
Reporting:
If unusual issues arise in class related to teachers or students—such as teacher absence, tardiness, or uncontrollable student behavior—the TA must report promptly to the CS team for support.
Assist in recording entries in the class register according to school regulations.
If taking leave, the TA must provide complete handover information about class specifics and school requirements to the TA Supervisor and substitute TA to ensure adherence to school policies and prevent repeated reminders from the school.

School Events and English Club Implementation
The school organizes 2 events per year with the following formats:
Thematic activities held outdoors.
Ideation and support for judging English speech contests.
Organizing the “Ring the Golden Bell” competition.
English Club: Held on Saturday mornings, once a month. The school will assign each center to implement the club as per the schedule.
The CO will coordinate the implementation plan and inform the relevant departments.
English Club Requirements:
Activities and content must align with the topic.
Students should gain new knowledge, vocabulary, and sentence structures related to the topic.
Content should be logically organized and presented.
The native teacher should review the program and host it flexibly.
Content should be delivered via well-prepared and professional PPTX slides and visuals.

Teachers’ Logbook Writing Regulations
Fill out all columns completely (no column should be left blank).
Record the maximum score column (refer to scoring methods of other subjects and assign maximum scores, as each school has its own scoring system).
Write using blue ink only (absolutely no black pens, black ink pens, or red pens).
Do not use correction fluid or erase entries in the logbook.
