Regulations for Teachers

Attire - Conduct:
Teachers must adhere to the following dress code and conduct guidelines:
✔️ Male teachers are required to wear a shirt and trousers.
✔️ Female teachers must dress in professional office attire.
✔️ Teachers must wear their name tags while teaching at the school.

Timing:
Teachers must be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson begins (at the start of the lesson and after the break).

Professionalism:
✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high teaching quality.
✔️ Teachers must prepare lessons thoroughly and cover all required content according to the curriculum plan, using the required slides, without wasting time.
✔️ Teachers should be experienced in classroom management, should not scold or expel students from the class. Teachers must use appropriate language and avoid making derogatory or offensive remarks towards students.

Teacher Arrangement Requirements:
✔️ Maintain a stable teacher arrangement, with minimal changes.
✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.

Regulations for Teaching Assistants

Attire:
Dress formally, wear a shirt and trousers, do not wear t-shirts, and wear shoes.

Appearance:
Avoid bright hair colors; maintain a neat appearance.

Attitude - Communication:
✔️ Use appropriate language, avoid making derogatory or offensive remarks towards students.
✔️ Maintain appropriate boundaries with students in communication and interaction.
✔️ Maintain a serious attitude during lessons, avoid making jokes or teasing remarks.
✔️ Teaching assistants should not be inattentive or use their phones during teaching hours.

Timing:
Arrive 5-10 minutes early to the classroom to help maintain order at the beginning of the lesson.

Professionalism:
✔️ Experienced teaching assistants are preferred.
✔️ Prepare lessons in advance to assist the teacher and students; when translating, use the correct vocabulary and sentence structure to convey information fully, logically, and accurately.
✔️ Assist the teacher in conducting surveys, recaps, etc.

Classroom Management:
✔️ Work seriously and assist the teacher in managing the class; take note of students causing disruptions or not paying attention and report to the coordinator.
✔️ Coordinate with the teacher to manage the class, pay attention to individual cases and report them to the school.
✔️ Implement appropriate disciplinary actions, but do not punish students too harshly.

Reporting:
✔️ If any unusual issues arise in the classroom related to the teacher and students, such as the teacher being absent or students being uncontrollably disruptive, the teaching assistant must report immediately to the coordinator for support in handling the situation.
✔️ Fulfill the AC department's requirements for recap reports and notes on students' characteristics.
✔️ If the teaching assistant takes leave, they must ensure that all relevant information about the class and the school's requirements is handed over to the TA Supervisor and the substitute TA, so the substitute can follow the school's regulations and avoid mistakes during their work.
