Teacher Regulations

Attire - Conduct:
Teachers must adhere to the following dress code and conduct guidelines: 

✔️ Male teachers are required to wear a shirt and trousers.
✔️ Female teachers must dress in professional office attire.
✔️ Teachers must wear their name tags while teaching at the school.

Timing:
The school has a department that checks teachers' attendance, so teachers must strictly follow the schedule. Teachers are required to be in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson starts (both at the beginning of the day and after recess).

Professionalism:
✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high teaching quality.
✔️ Teachers must prepare their lessons thoroughly and teach according to the curriculum plan without wasting time. Do not teach content that is the responsibility of the Vietnamese teachers. When correcting exercises, teachers should address the whole class, not just individuals.
✔️ Teachers should implement various activities to practice Speaking and Listening skills.
✔️ Teachers should have experience in classroom management and should not scold students or send them out of the classroom. Teachers must use appropriate language and avoid making derogatory or offensive remarks towards students.
✔️ Teachers should use signals when transitioning between activities or write notes on the board about the pages and exercises for students to follow.

Teacher Arrangement Requirements:
✔️ Maintain a stable teacher arrangement, with minimal changes.
✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.
✔️Teachers must ensure teaching quality and have the necessary degrees and teaching certificates.

Teaching Assistant Regulations

Attire: Formal attire, dress shirt, trousers, no t-shirts, and proper shoes.

Appearance: Avoid bright hair colors; maintain a neat appearance.

Attitude - Communication: 

✔️ Use appropriate educational language and avoid using language that could be offensive or derogatory towards students.
✔️ Maintain appropriate boundaries with students during communication and interaction activities.
✔️ Maintain a serious attitude during lessons, avoiding jokes or teasing remarks.
✔️ Teaching assistants must not be negligent and are not allowed to use their phones during lessons.

Punctuality: Arrive at the classroom 5-10 minutes early to help maintain order at the start of the class.

Professionalism: ✔️ The teaching assistant should have a background in English or Education.
✔️ The teaching assistant should have experience.
✔️ Prepare the lesson before arriving to support the teacher and students.

Classroom Management: 

✔️ The teaching assistant should work seriously and assist the teacher in managing the class, noting disruptive students and reporting them to the coordinator.
✔️ Collaborate with the teacher to manage the class, paying special attention to individual cases and reporting them to the school.
✔️ Implement appropriate disciplinary measures without being overly strict with students.

Reporting: 

✔️ If any unusual issues arise in the classroom related to the teacher or students, such as the teacher being absent, arriving late, or students being uncontrollably disruptive, the teaching assistant must report immediately to the coordinator for assistance in handling the situation.
✔️ Assist in filling out the class logbook according to the school's regulations.
✔️ If the teaching assistant takes leave, they must ensure that all information about the class and the school's requirements is fully communicated to the TA Supervisor and the substitute TA to avoid any mistakes during the process.
