Follow these regulations:
Attire: Wear professional office attire and shoes.
Appearance: Avoid bright hair colors; maintain a neat appearance.
Communication: Use appropriate language, avoid using informal or disrespectful terms like 'mày tao,' 'mấy người,' 'bà' with students. Maintain proper boundaries with students and avoid being overly familiar or joking with them.
Punctuality: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to the classroom to help manage students and support the foreign teacher.
Professionalism: The teaching assistant should specialize in English, review the lesson before coming to class to effectively support the teacher and students.
Classroom Management: Assist in managing the class and take note of disruptive students.
Reporting: If any unusual issues arise in the classroom related to the teacher or students, such as the teacher being absent, arriving late, or students being disruptive, report promptly to the coordinator for support in handling the situation.
Substitution: If taking leave and needing a substitute, provide the substitute with complete information about the class's characteristics and the school's requirements to ensure proper adherence to the rules, avoiding repeated reminders from the school due to the substitute's lack of information.

2. Book:
2.1. Grade 1: Teach only Move Up 1, not Starters, with a focus on sentence structures, listening and speaking practice, and building reflexes to lay the foundation for Starters.
Notes:
Students do not have the book, so Vinalearn teachers are expected to follow these guidelines:
- Practice and / or review the “Required Vocabulary” to ensure students remember and use the words accurately.
- Correct students’ pronunciation to ensure they pronounce the words correctly and as naturally as possible.
- Enhance students’ speaking skill using the sentence structures from the “Contents / Target Language”.
2.2. Grade 2:
- Semester 1: teach Move Up 2
- Semester 2: Starters 3-4

- From semester 2: the teacher has students familiarize themselves with the format of Cambridge Starters Speaking parts and foster their speaking skills. At the end of each session, the teacher asks students to spend 5-10 minutes to write down the vocabulary and sentence structures on their notebook.
2.3. Grade 3: Movers 1-2

Students do not have the books, so the teacher is expected to follow these guidelines:
- Practice and / or review the “Required Vocabulary” to ensure students remember and use the words accurately.
- Correct students’ pronunciation to ensure they pronounce the words correctly and as naturally as possible.
- Use the correct structures to meet the requirements of the Cambridge Movers Speaking tests.
- At the end of each session, the teacher asks students to spend 5-10 minutes writing down the vocabulary and sentence structures in their notebooks.
2.4. Grade 4: Movers 3-4

Students do not have the books, so the teacher is expected to follow these guidelines:
- Practice and / or review the “Required Vocabulary” to ensure students remember and use the words accurately.
- Correct students’ pronunciation to ensure they pronounce the words correctly and as naturally as possible.
- Use the correct structures to meet the requirements of the Cambridge Movers Speaking tests.

2.5. Grade 5: Flyers 1-3
Notes:
Students do not have the books, so the teacher is expected to follow these guidelines:
- Practice and / or review the “Required Vocabulary” to ensure students remember and use the words accurately.
- Correct students’ pronunciation to ensure they pronounce the words correctly and as naturally as possible.
- Use the correct structures to meet the requirements of the Cambridge Flyers Speaking tests. The teacher has to teach Part 1 (Find the differences) of Movers and Flyers differently.
- At the end of each session, the teacher asks students to spend 5-10 minutes writing down the vocabulary and sentence structures in their notebooks.
3. Test: The end-of-term speaking exams will take place over the course of one week.
4. Notes:
- Grades 1-2: Vinalearn will print vocabulary and sentence structure lists to be inserted into students' notebooks. For Grade 2, this will not be done in the second semester as they will transition to Starters. (The vocabulary and sentence structure lists have been already sent to students)
- Grades 3-5: Allocate the last 5-10 minutes of class for students to write vocabulary and sentence structures into their notebooks.
