Regulations for Teachers

• Attire - Conduct:

Teachers must adhere to the following dress code and conduct guidelines:

✔️ Male teachers are required to wear a shirt and trousers.

✔️ Female teachers must dress in professional office attire.

✔️ Teachers must wear their name tags/cards while teaching at the school.

• Timing:

Teachers must be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson begins (at the start of the lesson and after the break).

• Professionalism:

✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high teaching quality.

✔️ Teachers must prepare their lessons thoroughly and cover all required content according to the curriculum plan, without wasting time. Do not teach content meant for the Vietnamese teacher. When correcting exercises, teachers should address the entire class, not just individuals.

✔️ Teachers are encouraged to implement various activities that practice speaking skills.

✔️ Teachers should be experienced in classroom management, should not scold or expel students from the class. Teachers must use appropriate language and avoid making derogatory or offensive remarks towards students.

• Teacher Arrangement Requirements:

✔️ Maintain a stable teacher arrangement, only minimal changes.

✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.

• This school is very strict about English teachers.

• The foreign teacher MUST BE CONSISTENT (not frequently changed but rather fixed). It is encouraged that the foreign teacher remains for the entire academic year without changes, and that they be friendly, serious, and experienced in classroom management.

• The foreign teacher is not allowed to punish or scold students.
