FACILITY

The classrooms are quite small, not equipped with a projector or air conditioning (the number of students ranges from 30-35, depending on the class).
During breaks, teachers can rest in the teachers' room.
The school has an auditorium on the first floor, which is relatively spacious and can accommodate approximately 60-70 people.
The school does not have a cafeteria.

Regulations for Teachers

Attire - Conduct:
Teachers must adhere to the following dress code and conduct guidelines:
✔️ Male teachers are required to wear a shirt and trousers.
✔️ Female teachers must dress in professional office attire.
✔️ Teachers must wear their name tags while teaching at the school.

Timing:
Teachers must be punctual and arrive at the school on time. Teachers are required to be present in the classroom 5 minutes before the lesson begins (both at the start of the lesson and after recess).

Professionalism:
✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high teaching quality.
✔️ Teachers must prepare their lessons thoroughly and teach according to the curriculum plan.
✔️ Do not teach content that is part of the Vietnamese teacher's responsibilities.
✔️ Teachers should implement various activities to practice speaking skills.
✔️ Teachers should have experience in classroom management and should not scold students. Teachers must use appropriate language and avoid making derogatory or offensive remarks towards students.

Teacher Arrangement Requirements:
✔️ Maintain a stable teacher arrangement, with minimal changes.
✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.
