Teacher Regulations

Attire - Conduct:
Teachers must adhere to the following dress code and conduct guidelines: 

✔️ Male teachers are required to wear a shirt and trousers.
✔️ Female teachers must dress in professional office attire.
✔️ Teachers must wear their name tags while teaching at the school.

Timing:
Teachers must be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson starts (both at the beginning of the day and after recess).

Professionalism:
✔️ Teachers should be dynamic, experienced, and ensure high teaching quality.
✔️ Teachers must prepare their lessons thoroughly and teach according to the curriculum plan without wasting time. Do not teach content that is the responsibility of the Vietnamese teachers. When correcting exercises, teachers should address the whole class, not just individuals.
✔️ Teachers should implement various activities to practice Speaking and Listening skills.
✔️ Teachers should have experience in classroom management and should not scold students or send them out of the classroom. Teachers must use appropriate language and avoid making derogatory or offensive remarks towards students.
✔️ Teachers should use signals when transitioning between activities or write notes on the board about the pages and exercises for students to follow.

Teacher Arrangement Requirements:
✔️ Maintain a stable teacher arrangement, with minimal changes.
✔️ Teachers must have complete legal documentation.

Teaching assistants are required to be punctual, manage the class well, and communicate effectively with both foreign teachers and the school.
