• Conduct and Discipline: Teachers must be punctual, dress appropriately (emphasized), and wear a name tag.

• Be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson starts (especially at the beginning of the day and after recess).

• The school's English teachers will act as teaching assistants who provide significant support in managing the class and are concerned about the quality of teaching, so they often give feedback. 

• Please note that Ms. Tâm is strict, principled, and frequently provides feedback.

• Foreign teachers are to assist the school in conducting speaking tests (or possibly listening tests) at the end of each semester.

• Do not change teachers during the testing period.

• Starting from the 2024-2025 school year: feedback and report cards are required to be submitted at the end of each semester.

• TC and AC observing teachers and teaching assistants must complete an observation report form and submit it to the school for record-keeping.

• Submit printed certificates at the end of the year.

• Stage + station + Golden Bell Challenge for approximately 1,000 students. Collaborating with other companies. 

• Organize about 3-4 events per year.

• Requirements for Foreign Teachers: Read the script in advance, follow the script content, and collaborate well with the teaching assistants, marketing team, and other departments. Teachers should not change the script on their own. The foreign teacher needs to be dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and have a pleasant appearance. Event experience is preferred.

• Support for the English Talent Contest: Collaborate with the English department to translate the script. The foreign teacher should provide feedback on the content and correct pronunciation for the performances in the competition.

• Open House ESL events are required to be organized.

• Teachers and teaching assistants need to be present in the classroom 2-3 minutes before the lesson starts.

• Push the bike through the school gate, then ride or push the bike into the parking lot according to regulations.

• Class transition time: Teachers and teaching assistants need to arrange their time to move to the next classroom quickly and be on time for the lesson.

• At the end of each lesson, the teacher needs to remind students to maintain cleanliness and not to litter.

• At the end of the teaching session, the teacher should wipe the board.

• Regarding the personal belongings of Vietnamese teachers (the homeroom teacher of each class): The teaching assistant and teacher should not use them without permission (e.g., speakers, rulers, pens, books, etc.). These items should only be used after asking for permission from the Vietnamese teachers. However, chalk and board erasers can be used but must be put back in their original place and kept tidy after use.

• If the teacher or teaching assistant smokes, they must find a place far from the school to avoid being seen by students.
