The parking lot is on the left side; you can drive in (but be careful and watch closely as students may be playing sports near the parking area).

Professionalism: The teaching assistant should have a background in English, review the lesson beforehand to support the teacher and students.
Classroom Management: Assist in managing the class and note disruptive students.
Reporting: If there are any unusual issues in the classroom related to the teacher or students, such as the teacher being absent, arriving late, or students being disruptive, report it promptly to the coordinator for assistance.
Logbook: Ensure to help maintain the classroom logbook according to the school's regulations.
Substitution: If a substitute teaching assistant is needed, ensure that all information about the class and the school's requirements is fully communicated to the substitute to avoid any issues and prevent the school from having to remind multiple times due to the substitute's lack of information.

2. Requirements:
- Vinalearn teachers are responsible for the thorough preparation of lesson plans and all instructional materials before class begins. A comprehensive mastery of the lesson's content is required. In-class activities must be designed to be diverse, creative, and closely aligned with the learning topic, with the primary objective of maximizing students' time and opportunities for communication.
- Vinalearn teachers will have students practice the required vocabulary and pronounce words correctly and complete the assigned sections of the book.
- For the “Listening” section: after completing the main activities from the book, teachers can introduce extra activities (True/False, Multiple Choice, Matching, Filling in the Blanks, etc.) based on their audio files.
3. Tests:
a. Skills: Vinalearn teachers conduct the final test for each semester.

b. Notes:
Grades should accurately and fairly reflect student ability based on clear assessment criteria. Teachers should use the grading scale to properly distinguish between different performance levels. The score of 10 is reserved exclusively for students who demonstrate excellence.
