The classrooms are small and equipped with projectors (except for grade 9), speakers (borrowed for use in class), and air conditioning.
The school has an auditorium (though classes are not held there).
Teachers can take breaks in the staff room between classes.
The regular classes tend to be quite rowdy (especially Grade 8), while the bilingual classes are better behaved but energetic.
The students’ English proficiency ranges from intermediate to good.
The proficiency levels within the same bilingual class are also uneven.
Students study in their assigned classrooms.
Teachers provided should have teaching experience, clear pronunciation, classroom management skills, good communication, and a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
Teachers should be polite, well-dressed, and arrive at the classroom 5 minutes before the lesson begins (men are encouraged to wear a tie, and women should dress in appropriate business attire).
Teachers should listen to and adapt based on requests from teaching assistants, especially Ms. Doan, Ms. Hang, Ms. Tam, and Ms. Nhi.
Teachers should include engaging activities to capture students’ interest in bilingual English classes, as students have recently lost enthusiasm for the English bilingual program.
