The school has a main entrance on Le Duc Tho Street, but the entrance for foreign teachers and TAs is on An Hoi Street.
The campus is large, divided into several areas.
The classrooms are somewhat cramped.
There is a staff room for teachers to rest between lessons.
The students’ English proficiency is average to weak, but if the teacher knows how to teach and inspire interest, the students are still willing to learn. For advanced classes, students have a good to excellent proficiency level.
Students can be disruptive, often doing personal tasks and occasionally showing attitude.
Students have textbooks (although they frequently forget or lose them).
Students learn in their assigned classroom.
The teacher should have a neat and professional appearance.
The teacher should be flexible and able to build a good rapport with students and the school’s TA (especially by following Ms. Liên’s specific requirements).
Teaching should be efficient without stretching the class time, with quick movement between periods.
Be present outside the classroom 5 minutes before the class begins.
Follow the lesson plan prepared by the AC closely.
Organize plenty of listening and speaking practice activities for students.
Dress professionally, with no visible tattoos or revealing clothing.

Timing: Arrive 5-10 minutes before class to assist with student management and support the lead teacher.
Expertise: Teaching assistants should be English majors, review lessons beforehand to effectively support both the teacher and students.
Class Management: Assist with classroom management, record any disruptive student behavior.
Reporting: Report any unusual classroom issues promptly, such as teacher absences, late arrivals, or disruptive behavior, to CS for support.
Class Record: Support the completion of the class record according to school regulations.
Substitute Arrangement: If requesting a substitute, provide detailed information about the class characteristics and school requirements to the substitute TA to ensure adherence to policies and avoid repeated reminders from the school due to lack of information.
