The school has a designated room for English classes, where students move to the room at the scheduled time.
Teaching assistants (TAs) must arrive 10 minutes early to borrow the room key from the security office and open the room early, allowing students to settle in and avoid crowding outside.
The classroom is equipped with fans only.
The school has a teacher’s lounge for breaks between classes.
The parking lot is on the right-hand side from the entrance (vehicles must be pushed in with the engine off).

Class Management: Help manage the class and document disruptive students.
Reporting: Promptly report any unusual issues in the class related to teachers or students, such as teacher absence, tardiness, or student misbehavior, to the CS for timely resolution.
Notebook Support: Ensure proper record-keeping in the class logbook as per school regulations.
Cleanliness: Remind students to clean the classroom before and after the lesson, erase the board before leaving, and prohibit eating or drinking during class.
Substitute Handovers: When requesting a substitute, provide all necessary details about the class and school requirements to the substitute to ensure compliance and prevent repeated reminders from the school due to a lack of information.

Materials: All classes (both advanced and elective levels) use the same materials.
Identification: Advanced classes are marked as "Advanced" on the teacher's schedule.
Main Goal: The main focus of these lessons is to improve students' speaking skills.
Teacher's Task: Teachers should prioritize and expand on the speaking activities in the materials.
2. Books and extra handouts
Vinalearn teachers cover all the parts in the book "Global Gateway".
Notes:
For the Grammar section, the teacher only needs to help students recognize the structure and apply it in communication, without going into deep theory.
For the Writing section, the teacher can adapt the activities into speaking practice, while also providing the necessary vocabulary and sentence patterns. The writing assignment should be given as homework, and in the following lesson, the teacher can choose to correct the work of 1-2 students as an example for the class.
The school requires for each week, after the end of the lesson, teachers spend an appropriate time teaching word families and/or checking vocabulary. These words are extracted from another book named "Tiếng Anh Smart World". These handouts will be published and used from October.
