The classroom is quite spacious and equipped with a TV.
During break time, the foreign teacher and teaching assistant can rest in the staff room located on the ground floor; staying in the classroom is not allowed.
The parking area is on the left. After riding up the slope to the gate, turn off the engine and push the vehicle through the gate (the parking area is next to the gate).
Proficiency: Average to Fairly Good. Students are interested in English lessons with foreign teachers; however, they prefer participating in activities rather than just studying from the textbook. Students study in their regular classroom.

Attire: Wear formal office clothing and shoes.
Appearance: Avoid bright hair dyes and maintain a neat appearance.
Communication: Use professional language, avoiding informal or inappropriate terms such as “mày tao,” “mấy người,” or “bà” with students. Maintain appropriate boundaries and avoid excessive familiarity or joking with students.
Punctuality: Arrive 5-10 minutes early to assist in managing students and support the lead teacher.
Expertise: Teaching assistants should specialize in English or Education, review the lesson content before class, and support both the teacher and students effectively.
Class Management: Assist in managing the class, noting disruptive students. Ensure all students go to the playground during breaks; no one should stay in the classroom.
Reporting: Promptly report any unusual issues in the class involving teachers or students, such as teacher absences, tardiness, or student misbehavior, to the CS for timely resolution.
Logbook: Assist in maintaining the logbook according to the school’s regulations.
Substitute Preparation: If requesting a substitute, provide complete information about the class and the school’s requirements to the substitute assistant. This ensures compliance with school regulations and prevents repeated reminders from the school due to a lack of preparation by the substitute.

Book parts: Vinalearn teachers must instruct students using the vocabulary listed in the ‘Required Vocabulary’ section of the syllabus and complete the book parts on 'Listening', 'Conversation Skills', 'Pronunciation', 'Practice', 'Speaking', and 'Writing'.
Notes:
Vinalearn teachers only need to review words and correct pronunciation based on the vocabulary in the ‘New Words’ section. Do not have students do the exercises in this section as it is the responsibility of the Vietnamese teachers.”
Besides that, Vinalearn teachers are not assigned to teach ‘Grammar’, ‘Reading’, and ‘Writing’ parts as these are covered by school teachers.
Tests:
There are two tests for each semester: midterm (listening skill) and final test (speaking skill)
Before the final speaking test, the teacher will allocate a week to reviewing all the questions students have learned, as these will be included in the official test.
